Fall Fun and Spooky Smiles: October Activities at Rose Haven
October is one of our favorite months at Rose Haven! The air is crisp, the leaves are changing, and our activity calendar is packed with fall favorites, creative crafts, and Halloween fun for all.
Here’s a peek at what our residents will be enjoying this month:
Music and Entertainment:
From sing-alongs to performances by Kevin on Keys and Ron, there’s never a dull moment. We love when music fills the halls—it brings everyone together and sets a joyful tone for the day.
Creative Crafts & Fall Projects:
This month’s lineup includes pumpkin succulent making, bead work, embroidery club, and Halloween coloring contests. Residents are also decorating haunted houses and carving pumpkins for our big Halloween celebration at the end of the month!
Halloween Fun:
We’re diving headfirst into spooky season with ghost hunts, candy corn stacking, pumpkin bowling, a spooky scavenger hunt, and our Halloween party with trick-or-treaters from the community. Costumes, candy, and laughter are all part of the fun!
Tasty Treats & Sweet Traditions:
Residents will enjoy caramel apples, dirt cups, popcorn bars, and Jack-O-Lantern floats. Whether it’s baking days or happy hour socials, there’s always something delicious to look forward to.
Active & Engaging Games:
Golf cart rides to see Halloween décor, balloon volleyball, Pumpkin Putt Putt, and Uno are just a few of the ways we keep spirits high and bodies moving as we head into fall.
