Delivering Solutions 2025: Rose Haven Attends the AHCA/NCAL National Convention

Rose Haven was honored to participate in the 2025 AHCA/NCAL Delivering Solutions Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada — an annual event that brings together long-term and post-acute care professionals from across the country.

Administrator Tereni Kepler attended on behalf of Rose Haven, joining other leaders who are dedicated to strengthening the quality, innovation, and compassion behind senior care.

“It was an inspiring week filled with learning, collaboration, and celebration,” Tereni shared. “Every session and conversation reminded me why we do what we do — to make life better for those we serve every day.”

The convention, hosted by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL), focused on “Delivering Solutions” — exploring new ideas, technologies, and best practices to support residents, families, and caregivers.

A highlight of the week was the Bronze National Quality Award Ceremony, which recognizes long-term care communities nationwide for their commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality resident care. This award represents the first step in the three-tiered National Quality Award Program, which encourages excellence at every level of long-term care.

Attending the convention offered valuable opportunities to network with industry peers, exchange insights, and celebrate the shared mission of improving lives through person-centered care.

As Rose Haven continues to grow and evolve, the knowledge and inspiration gained from events like Delivering Solutions 2025 help our team enhance the care experience for both residents and families here at home.

We’re proud to be part of a community of caregivers dedicated to compassion, innovation, and excellence — today and every day.
